SFMOMA offers lasting legacy for Fisher Collection
October 2009 - The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) has announced plans for its future custodianship of the Doris and Donald Fisher Collection. According to Kenneth Baker of the San Francisco Chronicle, the monumental collection and one of the worlds' great private holdings of late 20th and early 21st century art will elevate SFMOMA to one of the world's leading show places of late 20th century art.
