New research on art market by Credit Suisse
April 2009 - New research by Credit Suisse indicates that the correction in the art market may not be as severe as in 1990s. While the art market is likely to remain under pressure, particularly the contemporary sector, the correction may not be as severe as the early 1990s when many Japanese collectors bought artworks from largely borrowed funds.
