FAWM to be featured speaker at LSE
30 Jan 2008 - This month Randall Willette, Managing Director of FAWM will be a featured speaker at the London School of Economics (LSE) newly formed Business for Arts Society.
The LSE Business for Arts Society acts as a forum for LSE students to find out more about the interrelationship of business and the Arts. FAWM will be the first in the series to discuss the emergence of art investment funds as the newest alternative asset class and the disciplines required to analyse this complex field of investment. Over the course of the year the Society intends to invite a range of speakers from some of the leading financial institutions to discuss their strategies as they pursue business opportunities in art. Their primary goal is to develop an understanding for the mechanisms driving art as an alternative investment.
